42ml Permanent Liquid Hair Toner

This toner is simple to use! First, pop on some gloves. Then, mix your toner with developer (either 20 Vol or 10 Vol). I find that using an applicator bottle is the easiest way to mix and apply this toner. Apply your toning mixture to damp, towel dried hair. Leave on for up to 30 minutes and wash out. You'll be left with an enviable, salon-quality finish.
